The building also features TARY, a first-floor café, creating a convenient and welcoming extension of home in the heart of River North.

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. We encourage prospective residents exploring River North apartments to schedule a tour in advance for the best availability.

Leasing & Application Process

111 Point offers flexible lease terms ranging from 12+ months, depending on availability. Move-in timing varies by apartment, and our leasing team will help you select a residence that fits your preferred schedule.
After touring and selecting your preferred apartment, email 111Point@LuxuryLivingChicago.com the unit you'd like to rent and preferred lease start date and term, then you'll receive a link to begin the application.
Applicants must demonstrate a combined household income of at least three times the monthly rent, which is standard for River North apartments for rent.
Yes. All applicants complete a background and credit screening to ensure a safe and secure living environment for everyone in the community.
Residents are responsible for standard application and administrative fees, utilities, renter’s insurance, and applicable pet fees. Our leasing team provides full transparency so you understand all costs associated with your apartment.

Yes. 111 Point is a pet-friendly apartment community in River North, allowing up to two pets per residence.

Yes. For the safety and comfort of all residents, the following dog breeds and mixes are restricted at 111 Point (subject to change): Pit bull/Bull terrier/Staffordshire terrier, German Shepard, Cane Corso/mastiff, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Wolf(Hybrid) Wolf Hybrid, Husky/malamute, Chow. If you have questions about a specific breed or mix, our leasing team is happy to review and provide guidance.

111 Point charges a one-time pet fee based on the type and number of pets. 
• There is no monthly pet rent.
• Dogs - One dog: $500 one-time fee / Two dogs: $750 one-time fee
• Cats - One cat: $300 one-time fee / Two cats: $450 one-time fee
These one-time fees allow residents to enjoy a pet-friendly River North apartment community without ongoing monthly pet rent.
